Refund policy
SWITCHUP RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to provide a seamless return and exchange experience for our customers. Please review the guidelines below to understand your options.
1. RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To start a return, please contact us at team@switchupshop.com. Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
2. CHANGE OF MIND
If you change your mind, you can return your item for an exchange or store credit (in the form of a gift card), provided that the item meets our return conditions (see below).
- No monetary refunds are provided for change of mind or change of size returns.
- You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to initiate an Exchange or Store Credit.
3. EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer one free exchange per order for all Canadian customers. International customers will be charged a subsidized fee of $30CAD to cover shipping and handling.
If your item isn’t the right size or doesn’t suit you, you can exchange it for a different size or item. We will process the exchange as soon as we receive your returned item.
- We advise sending returns promptly as we cannot hold products for exchange.
- If the desired exchange item is out of stock, store credit will be issued instead.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges.
4. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and tags attached.
- Free of perfume, body odor, deodorant, makeup, tan marks, glitter, and pet hair.
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage during the return shipment.
Until the item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility.
5. STORE CREDIT
If you prefer store credit over an exchange, your store credit will be issued after we receive your return.
- Gift cards (store credit) will be sent to the original email address associated with the order.
- Allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.
- Store credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date and is non-refundable.
6. DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at team@switchupshop.com so we can resolve the issue.
7. EXCEPTIONS AND NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
- Final Sale Items: Refunds for certain items will not be approved. Black Friday sales qualify as final sale items.
NOTE: Shipping delays caused by couriers will not be considered a valid reason for a refund.
