SWITCHUP SHIPPING POLICY

At SwitchUp, we aim to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. Please review the information below to understand our shipping practices and policies.

1. DELIVERY TIME

- Orders are processed Monday to Friday, between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm EST, and on Saturday, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am EST.

- Shipping timelines vary based on the destination.

- All orders, both domestic and international, will include a tracking number.

 

2. ORDER TRACKING

- Once your order is packed and shipped, you will receive an email with a unique tracking number to follow your package online.

- Please allow up to 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) for your tracking number to be sent via email.

- If you have not received your tracking number, please check your Junk/Spam folder, as it may have been filtered.

 

3. ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES & CUSTOMS

- Transit times are estimates only, and delays may occur, especially during customs processing, which are beyond our control.

- SwitchUp does not collect or handle any tax charges, customs fees, or import duties imposed by your country.

If you choose to decline payment of customs fees, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and a store credit will be issued. Please note that any fees charged to SwitchUp for the return shipment will be deducted from the store credit.

 

4. IMPORTANT NOTE ON SHIPPING DELAYS

Shipping delays caused by couriers will not be considered a valid reason for a refund. If you have any concerns regarding your order, please reach out to us at team@switchupshop.com.
